The retreat is scheduled to be held July 28th-30th of 2019. Retreat packages include 3 days and 2 nights on Palm Coast popular beaches of Singer Island. Included with pricing are the following:
- 2 nights Lodging with Pool
- Two continental breakfasts (fruit, granola, yogurt, eggs, pancakes, OJ and coffee)
- One Picnic Lunch at Peanut Island (Deli Sandwiches with Chips)
- One at home Dinner
- Shuttle to and from Peanut Island
- Snorkeling
- 3 Life Coach Sessions
- And a whole lot of relaxation and good times

A Little About the Retreat —

Hi! I'm Deborah, and I'm a mother to two awesome boys named Finn and Reef and to a beautiful forever baby boy named Fisher.

Throughout my motherhood I have faced many challenges and have found comfort and guidance in meditation and self care. These challenges have finally shown me the importance of self worth. I wanted to share these tools with other Mamas. Weather you struggle with finding balance within it all, have anxiety,depression or even just need to take one uninterrupted shower, this retreat is for you. I believe it is important for moms to take care of themselves and take time to themselves however that may look. This retreat is designed for just that. It's a quick 3 day, 2 night escape to enjoy Florida's beauty alongside other moms looking for some rest. So come out, have some adventure along with good laughs and good company.
